The Top 6 dancers performed and then after wards the audience got to vote. Each couple performed three dances. The following day for the finale eliminated the dancers one by one.

So You Think You Can Dance Top 10 performance show & results

The Top 10 dancers performed and then after wards the audience got to vote. Each couple performed two dances. The following day the two couples with the lowest votes each performed a solo routine. The two lowest couples with the lowest votes were Nathan and Kathryn and Ryan and Noelle. At the end of the show Noelle Marsh and Nathan Trasoras were eliminated.

This week’s results show also featured performances by Snoop Dogg with Quest Crew, who debuted his new single, “I Wanna Rock,” as well as by LXD (Legion of Extraordinary Dancers).

The remaining 8 finalists Ashleigh Di Lello, Ryan Di Lello, Russell Ferguson, Mollee Gray, Jakob Karr, Kathryn McCormick, Legacy Perez, and Ellenore Scott will compete as couples once again the following week.

The Top 12 dancers performed and then after wards the audience got to vote for the first time. All the couples remained the same and Karen Hauer and Victor Smalley became partners. Each couple performed two dances. The following day the couples with the lowest votes each performed a solo routine. The three couples with the lowest votes were Karen and Victor, Ellenore and Ryan and Mollee and Nathan. At the end of the show Karen Hauer and Victor Smalley were eliminated by the judges.

The remaining 10 finalists Ashleigh Di Lello, Ryan Di Lello, Russell Ferguson, Mollee Gray, Jakob Karr, Noelle Marsh, Kathryn McCormick, Legacy Perez, Ellenore Scott, and Nathan Trasoras) will compete as couples once again the following week. New partners will be picked next week.

Dizzy Feet Foundation Gala on November 29 onThe Kodak Theatre


The Dizzy Feet Foundation is having a gala event in Los Angeles at the Kodak Theatre on November 29.

There will be performances from So You Think You Can Dance, Step Up 1,2 & 3D, as well as performances by the first recipients of Dizzy Feet scholarships from Juilliard, Alvin Ailey and American BalletTheatre.

The Top 18 dancers performed and then afterwards, the judges asked Phillip Attmore, Noelle Marsh, Bianca Revels and Victor Smalley to perform a solo routine. At the end of the show Bianca Revels and Phillip Attmore were eliminated by the judges.

The remaining 16 finalists (Channing Cooke, Ashleigh Di Lello, Ryan Di Lello, Russell Ferguson, Mollee Gray, Karen Hauer, Kevin Hunte, Jakob Karr, Noelle Marsh, Pauline Mata, Kathryn McCormick, Legacy Perez, Peter Sabasino, Ellenore Scott, Victor Smalley and Nathan Trasoras) will compete as couples once again the following week.

So You Think You Can Dance Top 20 result show

The Top 20 performed then the judges asked four finalists to perform a solo routine. The bottom four were Ariana Debose, Brandon Dumlao, Russell Ferguson and Pauline Mata to perform a solo routine. After wards the judges decided to eliminate Ariana Debose and Brandon Dumlao.

Dancer Noelle Marsh was unable to perform due to an injury, however she is expected to return next week.

The remaining 18 finalists (Phillip Attmore, Channing Cooke, Ashleigh Di Lello, Ryan Di Lello, Russell Ferguson, Mollee Gray, Karen Hauer, Kevin Hunte, Jakob Karr, Noelle Marsh, Pauline Mata, Kathryn McCormick, Legacy Perez, Bianca Revels, Peter Sabasino, Ellenore Scott, Victor Smalley and Nathan Trasoras) compete as couples once again on a two-hour performance show that next week.

Billy Bell leaves show due to illness

Top 20 dancer Billy Bell has left the show due to illness. He is replaced by Brandon Dumlao, a Hip Hop dancer from Concord, CA. Dumlao joined the Top 20 to compete on the first two-hour performance show.

Meet the Top 20 Special

Meet the Top 20 Special

For the first time ever, So You Think You Can Dance had a Meet the Top 20 special. The special episode showcased each of the dancers in their own style and genre by having group numbers choreographed by the choreographers.This gave everyone a chance to learn more about the dancers. At the end of the show the judges Nigel Lythgoe, Mary Murphy and Adam Shankman(who is now a permanent judge) matched the Top 20 with partners for the first performance.

The top girls include Channing Cooke, Ariana Debose, Ashleigh Di Lello, Mollee Gray, Karen Hauer, Noelle Marsh, Pauline Mata, Kathryn McCormick, Bianca Revels and Ellenore Scott; and the top guys are Phillip Attmore, Billy Bell, Ryan Di Lello, Russell Ferguson, Kevin Hunte, Jakob Karr, Legacy Perez, Peter Sabasino, Victor Smalley and Nathan Trasoras.

The judges pikced their favorite dances of the season to be performed.

There was a feature on the upcoming movie "Fame". The movies features Kherington from Season 4. Debbie Allen is also in Fame.

Now for the countdown Kayla finishes 4th. Evan finished 3rd. Brandon finished 2nd. Jeanine Mason was crowned Season 5 America's Favorite Dancer.

Thursday results show was the 100th episode of So You Think You Can Dance.
The show starts off with a Group Routine for the Top 8. It is One from a Chorus Line choreographed by Mia Michaels.
Former So You Think You Can Dance members in the audience. Joshua, Katie, Komfort, Travis, Kherington, and Jessica to name a few.

Thayne Jasperson to perform in Footloose in St George, Utah

Thayne Jasperson will be playing the lead role of Ren in Footloose. Footloose will be at the Tuacahn Amphitheatre, an equity stage, in St. George Utah.It plays on Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturdays until August 15, 2009. St. George is an hour north of Vegas.

My friends Maria and Nick arranged for me to teach a class and raise money so we can help her and her family out in this time of need. Mark will be teaching at the EDGE TUESDAY and THURSDAY from 5:30-7, debuting a piece by "The Rogue Romeo" at the choreographer's carnival on WEDNESDAY Night at the Key Club, performing at Fanny Pak's shoe release party on THURSDAY night at Level 3, and then headin to Texas on FRIDAY to teach at the Streetz dance convention for the weekend!!!!

Quest Crew Wins America's Best Dance Crew

The third season of America's Best Dance Crew has ended and Quest Crew was crowned the winner. Three members of their crew were finalists on So You Think You Can Dance. Brian Friedman Teaching in Los Angeles This Month

So You Think You Can Dance former judge and choreographer will be teaching again in LA and posted this message on his my space.

Because I loved my last class at Millennium so much and was extremely impressed by the dancers in LA I have decided to teach again ;)
Class will be Wednesday February 11th at a fabulous new studio in Van Nuys called Playback! The address is 14547 Erwin St., Van Nuys, Ca 91411. Class is at 5pm and is 2 hours. It's $30.00 and trust me I'll make it worth every hard earned penny! I hope to see you there... It's stylized hip hop / jazz.

So You Think You Can Dance Auditions in Miami on February 3, 2009

The hit Tv Show "So You Think You Can Dance." will hold auditions on February 3 in Miami for the fifth season. Information is listed below.

Miami, FL Tuesday, Feb. 3 Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts Knight Concert Hall 1300 Biscayne Blvd. Miami, FL 33132

Registration will begin at 8:00 AM at each venue. Auditioners traveling to cities for the open calls should make arrangements to stay for at least two days following their initial audition in the event of a callback. Talented dancers who spark the judges' interest during auditions will be invited to callbacks, where they will work with top choreographers. During the callback week, the judges will choose the Top 20 dancers who will continue in the competition.

Superstars of Dance Finale Ratings

NBC was fourth with the finale of “Superstars of Dance” (6.7 million, 1.6/4) hitting its lowest rating to date. Fox finished in 1st with shows " House " and " 24 ".
Nigel Lythgoe of "So You Think You Can Dance" Fame is the executive producer of the show.

Pasha and Anya on Superstars of Dance TV Show

Season 3 finalists Pasha Kovaleu and Anya Garnis are on the Superstars of Dance TV show. They are on the team for the country of Russia and performed on the debut show this past Sunday night.

The show airs on Monday nights on NBC. Nigel Lythgoe of So You Think You Dance is the show's executive producer.

Superstars of Dance TV Show had an impressive debut

The premiere of "Superstars of Dance did impressive in the ratings.

The two-hour international dance competition series placed second in the adult demographic in the 9 and 10 p.m. hours, behind only ABC's top-rated dramas. "Dance" averaged 10.4 million viewers, a 3.1 rating among adults 18-49 and a 7 share, significantly improving from its lead-in, the special "Saturday Night Live Sports Extra" (5.7 million, 2.3/6).

The second episode of "Dance" will aired Monday night at 8 in its regular time period. Nigel Lythgoe of So You Think You Dance is the show's executive producer
